I strongly recommend Meg. My wife and I were buying our first house, after decades of being dedicated renters, and moving to Atlanta from the Northeast. She did much more than just show us houses. She got to know us and became a trusted advisor. We were so happy with the outcome we invited her and her husband to dinner at the Palm the night of the closing! We still count on her for advice.

Meg Councilman is an outstanding seller's agent who managed my condo sale in spring 2024. Meg is knowledgeable about the area, had a well thought out plan to market and sell my condo that got us 2 full-priced offers on the very first day of showing. But the bonus value of working with Meg is how she cares for her clients. At the time we were selling my condo, I was selling an out-of-state property following probate, and searching for a home in a third state. My stress was HIGH. But Meg was unflustered and always available to manage my woes as well (or better) than she managed the sale of my home. Everyone (myself, the buyer, and the buyer's agent) walked away from the process feeling good. We closed quickly and without issue (despite the fact that I moved 900 miles before closing). Meg is absolutely wonderful. My townhome had a couple factors that made it unusually difficult to sell, and I met her after I had already had it on the market for three months with a minimum effort, uncommunicative realtor and had had one sale fall through at the last minute. I was very demoralized after that, but my experience with Meg was the complete opposite. She was a consummate professional, communicated constantly with both me and all our interested buyers, had great listing photos and organized multiple open houses, and was nothing but kind with how anxious the whole messy process had made me (I had already moved to my new property, so I was stressing a lot about paying for two homes for so long). Ultimately, she got me a good cash offer with a quick close and I was finally able to get the place sold and move on with my life.
